Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We offer ground shipping on all our products only in the state of Texas, USA. For expedited delivery please contact us describing your order. We will determine if such delivery is possible and respond with a quote.

After you make your payment and the payment clears we will begin producing your order.

Order Processing is 3-4 days.

1-5 awnings will be shipped after 10 business days

5-10 awnings will be shipped 15 business days

10 awnings will be shipped 20 business days.

Delivery will take 1-2 days if it is within the Houston area. Outside of the Houston area, please see your carrier information for shipment times.

Do not refuse the delivery of your order, even if it has visible damage. If your order has been delivered with no signature required, check each package for visible damage, and report any damage to the shipping company within 24 hours of delivery. Report any missing packages to us within 24 hours of delivery.

If your order has been delivered by a freight carrier, check each package for visible damage and verify the number of packages received with the number stated on the delivery receipt before signing the delivery receipt. Any damage to packages or contents, as well as any missing packages, must be noted on your copy and the carrier's copy of the delivery receipt and signed by the driver. Notify the shipper of any damage or missing packages within 24 hours of delivery to the shipper. Gulf Coast Canvas Awnings is no liable for damages and does not offer any refunds.

Cancellation and Return Policy

We do not offer cancellations. We do not offer returns. No product is returnable. We do not offer any refunds.

If a product arrives damaged, we will not be able to provide a refund. You will need to file a damage claim with the shipping company.

WHOLESALE AWNINGS

Wholesale awning can be purchased through our online store. The awning is the only thing included. Wholesale awnings allow for pickup or delivery at our current delivery rates in the state of Texas only.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

We deliver in the state of Texas only.

We have several shipping options depending on location. If you live in Houston, Texas or specified cities select that specific option.

If you request a delivery outside of the specified cities, you must select Shipping to All Other Texas Cities. If you select the wrong shipping option for your city, we will not ship until you have paid the full shipping balance. You are liable for all shipping rates.

INSTALLATION

Installation options are not offered with wholesale awnings via our online store. Installation is only offered within our custom awning orders.

We currently can only install in the following cities in the state of Texas: Houston, Crocket, The Woodlands, Spring, Tomball, Pearland, League City, Sugar Land, Katy, Conroe, Rosenburg, Cinco Ranch, Alvin, Bay Area, Kemah, Kingwood, Baytown, and Galveston.
